Terms of Service
By using this website, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of our policies.
Overview
This website is operated by G-CORE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to G-CORE. G-CORE offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Pricing
Regular and Original prices are offering prices, which means that merchandise was offered at these prices. However, these items may not have sold at these prices; therefore, the savings shown may not be based on actual sales.
Sale: Applies to selected items only. If an entire category is included in a sale, terms like "All" or "Entire Stock" may or may not be used. Some items may be temporarily reduced for an event and then remain at a permanently lower price based on their sales performance.
Permanently Reduced Merchandise: Terms such as Original, Closeout, Clearance, Now, Permanent Markdown, or Just Reduced indicate items that have been permanently reduced and will not return to the original price. This could be due to inventory clearance or permanent price reductions based on sales performance. It's possible that some Original prices were not in effect during the past 90 days due to clearance activities or intermediate price reductions.
Limited to Stock on Hand, While Supplies Last: Offers indicated by terms such as Original, Now, Clearance, Closeout, or Special Purchase are limited to stock on hand and are available only while supplies last. Stock may be limited because items are being cleared from inventory and will not be re-ordered, or because there is a limited supply of an item offered as a special purchase. High order volumes online may exceed real-time inventory capabilities, resulting in order cancellations.
Everyday Value: Represents the everyday price of an item and is excluded from all sales, price reductions, and promotional savings. However, these items may be reduced as part of a clearance event.
Lowest Prices of the Season: Indicates the lowest prices during one of the four retail seasons—Spring, Summer, Fall, and Holiday/Winter. Prices may be reduced further during a season for clearance purposes.
If Purchased Separately: Used to indicate savings for items sold as a set compared to their regular individual prices. Actual savings may vary if those individual items are on sale.
Value Added Promo Codes: Occasionally, an additional discount is available through the use of a promo code. These offers generally have exclusions and are applied to specific merchandise described.
Disclaimer: Our company strives for accuracy but reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted. It is important for customers to understand that the "sale" prices displayed on our website may not always represent a reduction from our usual retail prices.

Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy was last updated on and is effective as of May 1st 2026.
This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how G-CORE SA (the "Company”, "we", "us" or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”) operated by the Company.
What is a cookie and why do we use it?
A cookie is a small text file used by a website and stored on a user device (such as your computer, tablet or cell phone) to remember information about you and facilitate your use of the Site, improve the performance of the Site and your user experience, and/or increase the relevance of our offerings on the Site and on third party websites. Other similar website tracking technologies include web beacons, pixel tags and clear gifs and we may use these other technologies on our Site as well. All such tracking technologies are referred to in this Policy as a “cookie” and collectively as “cookies”.
What types of cookies do we use and how do we use them ?
The different types of cookies that we use are described below.
Type of Cookie; Description and Uses
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies enable the Site to function properly and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you, such as a request for services, setting your privacy preferences, or logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the Site will not work if cookies are blocked. These cookies do not store any personal information.
2.Performance / Statistical Cookies
Performance or statistical cookies allow us to count visits to the Site, the manner of access to the Site and activity on the Site, in each case so we can measure and improve its performance. The information that these cookies collect is aggregated and not personally identifiable to an individual user. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our Site.
3. Functional / Preference Cookies
Functional or preference cookies enable certain additional functionality for the Site. Such cookies may be used by us or by third parties whose services we have included on our Site. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
Among the cookies we use is Klaviyo’s Extended ID functionality, helps us recognize Site users by reading unique identifiers stored in the user's browser, which are used for tracking and user recognition purposes. When a user visits the Site again and a new cookie from Klaviyo is created, Extended ID uses the existing identifiers to link back to the user's previous identity and can be stored for up to one (1) year. If the Extended ID functionality can't find a match, it saves the new identifier for future reference, so the user can be recognized later.
4. Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies may be set on our Site by third party advertisers with whom we work. These cookies are used to gather information about your areas of interests and to show you relevant ads or promotions from other sites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will receive fewer targeted promotions or ads.
How can you control the use of cookies ?
By default, only strictly necessary cookies are active. Strictly necessary cookies allow the Site to be accessible, and without them some parts of the Site will not work or will not work properly. They are essential for the basic functionalities of the Site to operate. Accordingly, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent.
We obtain user consent for the use of performance/statistical, functional/preference and marketing cookies and such consent is prompted by a cookie banner or pop up when you first access the Site. You can also disable cookies at any time through your device settings.
If certain cookies are disabled, related parts of the Site may not work properly or have full functionality.
