What is Pre-Order?
Pre-Order is a wait & save option that allows you to reserve and to purchase select products while waiting a bit longer to receive them. If available, you will see the Pre-Order option on the product page just below the ready to ship option (as seen in this example).
The Pre-Order estimated shipment date is listed here and will also be available in your order confirmation email. This is the date these products are estimated to ship if the pre-order option is chosen.
Should I purchase Pre-Order or Ready to Ship?
If you need the product right away, we recommend purchasing the Ready to Ship option! If the product is out of stock, then only the Pre-Order option will be available. after the order is placed - the estimated shipment date will be listed on the Pre-Order "Add to Cart" button on our website and in your Order Confirmation email.
Returns / Exchange
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days from delivery date. You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 days, after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item.If you'd like to start a return or exchange, please visit our Return Portal. Please securely pack your returning items to prevent damage during transit and attach the shipping label provided in the package
Can I cancel or change my return/exchange request?
If you have not shipped your items back and your return label is still valid (has not expired), you're able to cancel your return. Instructions: 1) Locate your return confirmation email and click "View your Return". 2) Click "Cancel return"
When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email informing that your return has been approved and will be refunded asap. Please allow up to 14 days after your return tracking shows "delivered" to receive your refund. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder

Yes, we do offer express shipping. Please Note that express shipping timelines do not include weekends or Bank holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Click on the tracking number link or copy & paste the tracking number.
Why does my package sometimes appear to go backward before reaching my delivery address?
Packages may be routed through regional hubs before reaching the final destination. This can look like backtracking on tracking updates, but it is a normal part of the shipping network. You can view the latest tracking updates through the link provided
My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbours/building management who may have collected the package for you. What if my package gets lost?
Lost Packages. At G-CORE, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost in transit with the carrier, please head over to our Contact page and fill out the form.
Cancel / Modify
What is your cancellation policy?
Made a mistake? Once checkout is done, order cannot be amended. For changes about delivery address, invoice request, wrong sender data please contact G-Core at info@g-coresa.com.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may have been cancelled automatically due to a number of reasons, including product quantities not being available at time of fulfilment, or because it did not make it through our automated screening system.
Can I change my payment method?
Unfortunately, after checkout is done, payment has already taken place, and consequently cannot be changed.

What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?

We are sorry to hear you haven't received an item in your order! Please contact G-Core at info@g-coresa.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the front and back of the package and of the tags of the items received in the box.
